Why do green peppers repeat on me when red and yellow ones don't?

I'm no expert but I think peppers grow green then turn to yellow, orage and red as they ripen. Perhaps it's some 'unripened' thing going off inside you?
Not an expert either, but I tend to stay away from the green peppers, preferring the look of red, orange and yellow ones. I also blacken and sometimes remove the skins as these seemed to cause a few tummy aches. They seem to have a totally different taste when skinless - much sweeter.

I'm not a an expert either but I have heard that if this occurs more than twice it can cause fertility problems and probable hair loss.
I have lost most of my hair and proportinately eat red.
