looking for a 1978 pop charts song

I'm trying to find the artist and title of a song which would have been in the charts in 1978 i think, the first line went "you touch my fingertips" i think and the chorus was "Come closer, come closer, my darling come closer"

I think this is "My resistance is low" by Robin Sarstedt, Got to No.3 in 1976.
