when i downlowned windows media player it come up that it could not install all of it missing msvfw32.d11??

It's not .d11, it's .dll, they're the files that sort of run programs, and usually id it cant find one it means its bern corrupted by another program, maybe even an older version of Media Player. You might jsut have to download it again, sorry.
