Lazy winter soup

Just to say that I made ann_h's lazy winter soup last night and it is delicious, would recommend you give it a try, really easy.

1 tin ratatouille
1 tin kidney beans

whiz in blender and hey presto lovely soup. I only used a small can of beans and chucked in a clove or garlic, just 'cos I like it.

Give it a try.

That sounds really nice and perfect for the horrible weather we are having. I suppose you could try some other beans in it like borlottis or something too.

Borlottis are great. Always put them in my sausage casserole.
