Vitamin E (tocopherol): muscle weakness, loss of muscle mass, abnormal eye movements, impaired vision.

Could maybe be a virus as well?

Vitamin D deficiency can cause hypocalcaemia which can cause cataracts and muscle spasticity. Kidney failure can cause vit D deficiency which can cause vomiting. What sort of eye lesions?
