Hi, it depends what you mean by bowel trouble! Is it going to the toilet? Mum should be licking the pup around it's anus to encourage it to go...if she's not you can stimulate the puppy by using a bit of cotton wool soaked in warm water and doing mum's job for her. At the end of the day though I am not a vet and if you don't wish to loose the pup get it to one ASAP.

What sort of worming regime did you use on the bitch?
It is possible for a ball of worms to build up in a puppy, that they cannot pass, and any food that they take in builds up.
I always use Panacur Liquid wormer which is given to the bitch during her pregnancy, from day 40 to 2 days after whelping, so you effectively worm the puppies inside the mother. This greatly reduces the worm burden that the puppies are born with, and also stops the bitch passing them on through her milk. The pups are then wormed from 2 weeks with the same stuff.

i lost the pup that was having the trouble but found out that it wasnt bowl trouble
the other remaining pups are doin great now
