Hi would love to go on holiday to florida with my family and my sisters family. There r seven of us altogether we have went two times before but always seem to pay over the odds. Can anyone give us some good advice wether to book in January or leave it to the end of2007 Please help as we would love to go again as it is diffinitely a place were dreams come alive.
I had this problem for booking for next summer. Most of the flights don't come out until something like 339 days before, so if you're booking for August 2008 most of the cheap flights will come available in September 2007. Once they're out move fast. I got some prices, rang my friend who we are going with to give her the details, a week later there wasn't much choice left!
We then booked our own villa through the internet, we found one perfect for us through holidays.net.
We will be flying from belfast international. on our previous holidays we flew with mytravel, although they were not great it suited us cos we have two young children. any ideas are greatly received..
Book flights accommodation and care hire separately through expedia. My family used to book the package deals and now pay half the price since discovering expedia
I agree that the parts of the deals should be booked separately to get the biggest savings. I flew from Dublin to Orlando with Aer Lingus last time at 84 plus tax for each flight. I'm tempted, next time, to take a local flight to Amsterdam and then fly KLM to their Florida vacations.
If you are goign to hire a car, shop around. Do not book through the US sites as there are additional benefits for Brits by which you can get all insurances included, free extra drivers and full tank of fuel for 5 with most companies. Book as early as you can.
We have been twice, thelast time was in June this year. We booked Theme Park tickets online and the flights as well then we have a relative who had a new house out there so we went in that. I think it would be cheaper for 7 of you to book a villa rather than hotel rooms. You can get them from about 500 a week .
