Whats the difference between ferrous fumarate and ferrous sulphate iron tablets?

I am really anaemic, and my doctor has always given me ferrous saulphate iron tablets. Now she has given me ferrous fumarate. Which is better? And does anybody know the difference?

I cant find anything on the Internet! Thanks x
