You have a virus and/or a Trojan on your machine, whcih is mucking around with systems files, no doubt to plant disruptive or privacy-breaking snoop programs called "spyware". You need to buy and install a solid anti-virus package on your machine, like Norton Anti-Virus or one of countless others, then an anti-spyware tool to scan your hard drive and get rid of the problems you've already got. As for the "kernel" message, if you read it properly you'll see that it names a specific system file which has been corrupted, and that file also needs to be replaced by a fresh copy from Microsoft or some other legitimate Help website. Unfortunately, internet-connected PC's require good security and a little bit of routine maintenance to keep the problems at bay, so read up a little if you can, and it might help to keep a few notes on what operations are the most problematic and exactly what messages are being displayed.
