it is my boyfriends 30th this year and i want to get him something good (the last couple of years he has got me extravagant pressies for my bday and i feel bad that ive never been able to get him anything really fancy) but literally have no money. we r going out for a meal on his actual bday but i dont know what to do for pressie. i wondered about having a star named after him but dont know if its a bit trashy..what do people think? i want something different but something cheapish (otherwise i wont be able to give him rent!)...any ideas?xxx

u could buy him a lordship. its about 200, but that will be his title. the only reason i thought of it is because that what my boyfriend wants, probably just because he thinks every1 will call him MY LORD!!!!!!
We gave my brother a voucher for and introductory flight in a microlight. Prices start at 35 in this area.
On my Husbands 50th i treated him a session at silverstone race circuit driving and E.type jag. (other cars available) This year he went tank driving in Wiltshire.and our daughter was treated to a Falconry day. The last two treats were purchased from www.intotheblue.co.uk.
The have a large list of different experiences over a wide price spectrum. Good luck, hope you find something suitable.

I think he would like being called Lord, probably a bit too much but mind you we'd then break up when his ego got to much the i wouldn't have to worry about getting him pressies anymore! one can hope! what i really wanted to get him was a driving experience (i looked at intotheblue) but they were out of my price range. I've managed to find (may sound trashy) something which i think he will like, its a pack about adopting a vine or something, includes wine tasting sessions, invite to harvest picking or something...but its somewhere nice so if its rubbish we can just have a nice stay in a b&b when we (I) can afford it. thanks for the great ideas and advicexxx
