Next to my name on paypal it says I am verified with a 0 beside it. I have made dozens of paypal transactions. Anyone know what the 0 means?

Is it your feedback? when youve bought from people do you leave feedback so they leave it for you as well

If you click on the 0, all is explained.

It means you are verified, but 0 of your past buyers are verified.

Just to agree with Ethel - I'm been verified from the word go, have a feedback score of 190, but my verified score is only 13!

I see now. Ive only ever bought on ebay. But what does this score matter , the fact that you've had 13 buyers who were verified.... what would that mean to any one? If you've received your payment via paypal, then you've got your money and thats that surely. Verified or not?
Sorry but a lot of ebay is still a grey area to me!!

Nobody can see that score next to Paypal, only you.

It's not like feedback from eBay where people use it to try and judge your reliability and honesty.

People can see you are verified with PayPal though, which is important.

Hi Carol Anne, I know it's been a while since your post above, but thought this might help - if you're intending to use eBay more, have a look through the Community Forum when you get a chance - just click on 'Community' at the top of your screen, then on 'Answer Centre'. This was really helpful to me when I first started, and it made me aware of all the dodgy dealings that can go on!
