Does anyone know the name of the song/artist of a track that was in the UK charts about 4-5 years ago?

It had a funky wah guitar line throughout that some people thought was a sample of a Jimi Hendrix song but i'm 99% sure it wasnt. It also had lyrics along the lines of
"put your hands up against the wall and spread 'em"
Had a similar bass line to Puff Daddys "All About the Benjamins"

Anyone know??
