Can anybody please explain to me in plain English what the following message means when e-mail sI send to AOL recipients bounce back.. It seems to happen nearly every time I send an email to somebody with an AOL address. Thanks
"Recipient verification failed (mail) (result of an earlier callout reused)".
It's possible that the recipient has accidentally clicked on the 'Report Spam' button. If so, AOL will block any of your mail to their address. It shouldn't be difficult for the recipient to check back with AOL and have the restriction lifted, if this is what's happened.
