For British people, this is what the Foreign & Commonwealth web site says: British visitors need a visa, obtainable in sterling or American Dollars on arrival for stays up to a month. Go here for details of the Egyptian Embassy in London. Your husband could contact them for information about entry requirements for Algerian citizens: http://www.fco.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcel erate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1007029396086&a=KDiplomaticList&ai d=1013618544490
Sorry, the link above doesn't seem to work. Go to: http://www.fco.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcel erate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1007029390572 Click on "Travel Advice" at the left and choose Egypt. Click on the link "Egyptian Representation in the UK" in the "Entry Requirements" paragraph.
