Has anybody had any troublesome dealings with a company called PC Specialist ? If so, I would be pleased to read your experiences.

Have you? I've recently bought a computer with them and was extremely pleased with the service. The delivery times are a tad on the long side. For the most part they stick to their delivery estimates, but 15 working days is a while.

Still, the computers are a lot cheaper than the competition, with no lack in quality. I ordered mine without a copy of windows, and had some trouble getting my installation to recognise the sound card. This was my fault, but I rang them up and they walked me through the fix. Problem solved easily.

A friend of mine had a more serious problem when the computer arrived, but they picked it up, fixed the problem, and returned it promptly.
