ds lite?

can anyone tell me the difference between a Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS lite please

the nintendo ds is the slightly older original.
the ds lite is just a smaller more compact version of the same thing.
the ds lite is the ds redesigned.

From a practical point of view the Lite is smaller but if you play DB Advanced games in it they stick out the end.

The Lite also has a brightness button to increase/decrease the brightness.

Basically the DS lite is more pleasing to the eye :)
