AMR file to WAP only Mobile Phone

Hi All. I need to transfer a homemade AMR audio file to a works Nokia mobile phone. I only have WAP connectivity to do this.
Can anyone suggest a free wap host that will accept this type of file so i can download to the mobile?
Any other free ways to do it?

only other way I can think of is to get it on someone else's phone, then send as text.
Are you sure the AMR file will work on the phone? if it's only got WAP, I'm guessing it's quite old and may only be able to play polyphonic/monophonic tones
