butler sink renovation

Thought I posted this question earlier today but its disappeared
Can anyone help with restoring appearance of a butler sink which is situated in a garage and fully functional but this part of garage is being updated to a utility room . My daughter who bought the house with this already fitted near the washing machine would like to improve its appearance as it is an unusual size which might make replacing it difficult and she doesn't want me to have as a sink garden outside!!!

Thanks RoaldoM. The sink is quite small for its type I am not sure if there is a difference between butler and Belfast. I have some barman's friend I use occasionally on a stainless steel sink and have taken it across the road for my daughter to try. It doesn't seem to be in that bad a condition to me and hopefully it will do the trick
