to go with 6d Assertive girl dealt uncompromisingly with
10 11
I have 10 as 'repossessing' and 11 as 'incomplete'
Any help greatly appreciated

Many thanks to you both. Both answers seem to be logical but although it was all I could logically fit in, steps is still troubling me as far as ' takes offence' is concerned.
I must be thinking like a plank today.
