Do I need to subscribe to Sky to use a Sky + box if I already have normal Sky box?

Have a word with Sky, but I have seen people sell them on ebay, so I would imagine you dont.

if you mean can you watch tv throught a sky+ box and just watch then i think you can,

but you cant freeze or fastforward/rewind or record anything

it might give you the option to, but it then wont let you watch the pograms you have managed to record,

also you need a twin cable running from the dish to the box
if you have regular sky, i think you only have one cable?
