I put a deposit on a fireplace on 28/10/06 from internetfiresdirect.com but it wasnt available until the 22/11/06, i have tried calling on 2 numbers anf faxing and there constantly engaged, has this happened to anybody else and have i been ripped off.

Did you pay the deposit with a credit card ? if you did get on to then at once,you will not lose the money if you did pay by credit card, Ray

no i paid by cash, and have just been reading some bad reviews on the company.
Well I hope you do get your fireplace dizy,there are some right gits trading,hope it's not a con, but in future allways pay by credit card,let them lose the money,not you, good luck, Ray

i saw the fire on the site and went up to the showroom
I've been try to contact these people for nearly two weeks now over a faulty fire. Have sent three times and phoned numerous times but keep getting engaged tone. Has anyone actually made contact?

yes i did eventually get through and i am picking the fire up tommorow if you do keep trying you will eventually get through
