When i right click a link and select 'open in new window' the new window is just under maximised size apart from one side. how do i reset or change the size of the new window?

This seems to work for the PCs in my house, not sure if it is the correct solution though.

Open an (just one) IE window, resize it to what you want (not maximized but you can resize it to look maximized) and then close it. Open it again and it >should< be the same size as when you closed it. So when opening new windows, it'll be that size.. hopefully.
