That's a last resort.

What bugs? What programme has found them?

What have you done so far?
Usually some industrial strength quantities of antispyware programs will help a lot but it's difficult to say without you being more specific about what problems you have.

well as no-one has answered your question, I'll try, On mine there's an option to restore the pc to it's original state as in when it left the shop. You pick this option up as it's booting up. You should then get 2 options, 1 will simply remove all your programs that you've put in but your docs will remain. The other is called destructuive and that's the complete restoration back to shop condition but you will loose evreything you have installed and your docs. make absolutely sure you've saved everything to disk or similar before you do this.
camioneur - maybe no-one's answered the question directly because there are better solutions.
As Ethel has said, reinstalling the OS is a last resort.
