How can we be sure that it is a woman behind the veil? Remember that a few years ago BBC man John Simpson went into Afghanistan dressed as a woman complete with veil.

And how could the police prove who was driving a car which had exceeded the speed limit?

And wo betide a white woman who dared to walk along a street in their country wearing shorts and bra top!

Teaching is all about communicating. Veils and burquas
mask facial expressions and body-language. I submit
that no-one, esp. kids, can learn from these 'bogey-man'
apparitions.
Natural justice has been done, and commonsense has
prevailed.
