It must be AB's week for TV - I got interviewed by local paper this week who filmed a podcast of me for their website and on 12th December I've got Meridian TV coming to film a project I've been working on for their news show that night. The BBC has also just rung and asked if they can come and do a 'spoof' weather forcast too. None have them have fed me though:-(
By the way does anyone know where I can get any reindeer?

Don't be fed up. Maybe they had more to lose than you. It tends to work that way if people have more weight on them it comes off quicker. One pound is a lot of weight and much more healthy to lose in one week.
When I did weight watchers 10 years ago I kept putting the weight I had lost in a washing up bowl (equivalent in tins of beans etc) amazing what it weighs even after a few pounds come off.
Well done on your weight loss. I try to eat healthily and go to gym 3-4 times a week but sometimes am heavier than others. My husband is a super fit thin person so I always feel fat next to him - imagine going on hols with him looking all slim and musclebound and I have to beach whale myself next to him - bummer !
Keep up your healthy eating!!
