Would like to know if diuretics can be used to flush out other kinds of drugs from the body rapidly.....

Rapid removal of drugs from the body is something that is extremely specific to the drug in question and often not done, as the normal metabolic pathways will deal with it quite happily. Exceptions occur in emergencies only.
