can someone settle an arguement....

my partner reckons the boy who plays Chesney is not the same actor...i think he's wrong...its the same lad...we've had this debate the last 2 episodes now.....
help required

sam aston is a great wee actor and his older sister ws brilliant as a child actress. she starred as the child jess in oranges are not the only fruit and charolotte coleman played her older self.

sam's sister also starred in the kids show children's ward aged abut 5 or 6 and was just as cute as when he first appeared
