Hair Dyed Too Dark

Any idea on how to lighten overly dark hair? I just had my hair dyed back to dark brown but it's a bit too dark for me. I know it fades over time but I'm looking to lighten it quickly without chemicals. Any suggestions?

Sit out in the sun ALL day. Seriously that's all I can think of, or wash your hair ALL day. I know which I'd prefer, and you get a tan as a bonus.

Hi Cinderelli, Thanks so much. I tried washing my hair with Head and Shoulders and dishwashing soap. Didnt work that well. But I will try your suggestions! Thanks! Lisa

Hi! I had the same sort of problem as you, my hair was dyed dark brown but i wanted it lighter for the summer. My mum suggested putting pure lemon juice on my hair and sitting in the sun until it drys. This worked so well! My hair went a bit crispy and attracted wasps and the like, but it really lightened the colour. I really suggest you try this xx
