You have a search facility for the whole site. It would be helpful perhaps to be able to search an individual topic.
I have read your search comments and I do not seem to be alone in finding the search facility wanting. None of the searches I have done so far have been adequate and bring up very ancient questions & answers not relevant to my search.

It appears that the Search the site facility no longer encompasses the entire site but is indeed limited to the current topic you occupy.

JK2 Personally, I have found the search facility far better than it used to be. If you were a member a year ago, then you would be ecstatic over its abilities now. Everything is relative, so I take your point about it not being perfect . But if it was, then we would have nothing left to look forward to and there would be no meaning to life (42 excepted).
