Greasy Skin

For years I have suffered with greasy skin but it is only in the area around the nose, any suggestions either through diet or something to put on it, I tried clearasil but that does not seem to work.

Other than that if it's been like it for years it's probably just an unavoidable part of your genetics! Products are just a temporary fix I'm afraid but it's always a good idea to do the normal cleanse, tone and moisturise. You still need to moisturise because otherwise your skin might overcompensate by producing more oil, which can also be the reaction you get if you use harsh products. Clearasil is pretty strong so if you're unlucky after the initial effect wears off you could be left more greasy than before. My advice would be to use something gentle for cleansing/toning and an oil-free moisturiser.
