So what's wrong with that?

who said anything was wrong with it?
Then what's your point?

i dont have to make any points to you johnlambert.

who would have predicted this latest twist. if this does not cause you to marvel at the unpredictability of this story (yes i know a real person died in it) then fool be you. On his deathbed too.
I assume that this will be used to back up the "selling a dirty bomb to Al -Qaeda" theory that I think I heard yesterday from some tabloid reading muppet.
Why the agressive attitude Dom?, im just trying to find out if your post was anti islam or just a coment on a current news story
simple....western media does not look favourably upon musilms...KGB pulls a few strings...gets the fact he converted to islam plastered everyone....sudennly the focus is off them.

johnlambert....i have been on this site for 3 years now. have i ever been anti islam? I am considered by many here to be anti western/islamophile. Sorry if i came across as aggressive.
That's twice as long as me Dom, anyway nothing about this story will surprise me, i remember when the Russian army was working alongside the UN forces in Bosnia, they were giving arms to the serbs right under our noses and then denying it after we caught them red handed. Never trust them
PS never apologise Dom, it's a sign of weakness
Question Author
lightoftruth...i dont think the KGB is too concerned if the focus is on them or not. Do you seriously think that us sending a few police officers to Moscow is causing the KGB to shake in their boots. No absolutely not. We have to conduct this charade in order to appear as if we ae doing something about it. If there is any prosecution that will come out of it it will be because the KGB are ****** off that their agents made such a botch out of such a simple job and will hang them out to dry as punishment. if they are high ranking agents then nothing will happen and a earthquake in some other part of the world (or the trident) will take away all the media publicity and we can all go back to celebrating christmas and the queens speech.
sure sounds unOrthodox, Dom Tuk... well, I now envisage a line of men walking around Red Square in capes and deerstalker hats peering through magnifying glasses in search of a Clue.

'I say, Holmes, do you think we might find anything in that Italian food shop?'

'Alimentari, my dear Watson.'
