the is a builder nextdoor to my, and he intends to build an extention to the rear of his home , which will incere on my border wall. over the past few months i have been subjected to threats and abusive atacks be this man and his wife . they have throwen fireworks into my garden to try and kill my pets . has coused crimanal damage to my property . and the police have been called on sevral times . i have been intouch with the council and there hands are tied .is there any thing i can do to stop him building the extention . he would have to go onto my land to render his building . and i live in fear for what he will do next ..i am a single perant

You need to consult a lawyer. The CAB may be able to point you in the directrion of s sawyer who can give you some free initial advice. You may be eligable for Legal Aid. You may have to take Court Proceedings to stop the building work.
