Are the limited companies that you can buy on the net a rip off or are they legal/kosher?

I set up my limited company 18 months ago using a company called westbury - they were very good and very easy to use.

From memory, they were far cheaper than any other company - however, bear in mind that you do need to have things like your Articles / memorandums etc done yourself.

It may be easier to use an accountant
