I'm with unruliejulie on this I think for the pain and health risks it is not worth it. I sound like a hypocrite, but enlargements are not as dangerous. My best mate had a reduction about 7 years ago on the NHS, she was an EE and is now a C, she was in an awful lot of pain, and the removal of the nipple can cause loss of all sensation, something to think about. The scaring with a reduction is also a lot worse than with implants, another thing to consider. However if it is something you really really want I would suggest having a chat with your GP.
To answer your 2nd question, I was in hospital for 2 days afterwards, but I decided not to go the Transform route (pick you up in the morning and drop you off in the evening) and go for a surgeon who specialised in 1 field and who had been reffered to me by a few friends. It was more expensive but I feel I got better treatment and loads of prior consultations to ensure I was doing it for the right reasons, which was important when making my decision.
