salt n pepa/ stooges bootleg

i heard a bootleg of push it by salt and pepa played over no fun by the stooges; who's it by and where can i get hold of it?

You don't say if this was an actual 'bootleg' - i.e. illegal recording, or if it was an enterprising DJ mix - there is a trend for mixing various apparently unrelated songs together and playing them. If it was an actual recording, then by definition, it is illegal, and you'd have difficulty in tracking it down. If it was a DJ mix, or maybe via the radio, you have a chance to enquire further from the source. Problem is, because of copyright law, the sound may remain a DJ only mix, with no legitamate release. Sorry to sound so negative, but as Harry Hill says, I don't make the rules do I?

I found it! In case anyone else wants to know, its by a group called Soulwax, and its out on a single. Thanks for trying anyway!

Its by 2 Many DJs the've done lots of remixing of songs they have an album or 2 by name of soulwax

2 many Dj's are 2/5 of Soulwax. The Dewaele brothers. The have loads of unofficial albums out, stuff recorded off the radio etc but only one official album though. It's called 'As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt. 2' and its absolutely brilliant. Get it and you wont be able to stop dancing until its finished playing. And yes, Salt'n'pepa vs. Stooges is on there too.
