Help required on merging a address data base to a sheet of labels I put a field in the first label but the same name and address appears on the second label what am I doing wrong ? any help appreciated

what application are you using and is it on a PC or a MAC?

Assuming you are using MS Word, you need to click 'Insert Word Field' and select 'Next Record' - add this just before your database fields on every label (except the first!) and that should work.
