Its a wonderful life!

Ok - so every year people say its not christmas until they have seen Its a wonderful life on TV.

I have NEVER seen this film, and every year I trawl through the TV listings and never find it.
So this year, can somebody help me find out when its on, so that I can watch it and then understand why its not christmas without it - LOL!

CathH - apparently is has been released as a DVD (digitally remastered etc etc) - so why not buy it and then you can watch it every year!

Oh you HAVE to buy it- put it on late Christmas Eve and I guarantee you'll go all gooey and festive like after it. It's a truly beautiful film.

i love christmas carol and if its not on i get withdrewel symptoms, must see scrooge, its not christmas without dear old ebeneezer, my fave has to be the musical one.

Hi All - thanks for all your replies. I am in the UK so can't watch it on Saturday.

I will have a look on Amazon see if I can get hold of a copy.

I have to say that following all your comments, I now really MUST see this film.

I do like other festive films such as Miracle on 34th Street and White Christmas and yes cliffsweb I also like A Christmas Carol.

Hi CathH, You can buy this film at "Woolworths" or on their On-Line shopping site, priced at �11-97. I have seen this lovely heart warming film many times, it's one of my favourites, my husband bought it for me for a Christmas present last year. X X X :-)

sorry to disagree with everyone, i think scrooge with alastair simm is the much better film, can't be doing with all that american smchaltz (don't no if that the correct spelling).
