An old one but it is amazing how many people jump in with the wrong answer and have not thought of what the yoke really is.

This was discussed at some length back in April. Unfortunately, the questioner misspelled "yolk", so the clever bit where you get shown some similar questions before you submit yours probably could not find it. But if you search for "yolk" you will find the answers given in April.
