quick books

we use quick books at work and it has recently crashed. it happened when we put a pen drive in to do a back up.
we have spoke to quick books but they could not help if we could open the quick books and update it we are sure it will be fine . but we just cant open it
p.s i think quick books know about this problem but not how to fix it . but they have not actually said this.

Just a thought , but could you try a restore, or roll back.

We use Quickbooks as well and back up to a stick and have had no problems.

Are you saying QB program will not open at all?

If so then if I was in that situation I would follow the advice already given and do a roll back to before the crash and try again.
