We went to a lot of trouble to put together the opening shot of our video, but for some reason, the shot chosen to accompany our video by YouTube is just a random one taken from part way through our film. Is there any way of changing the shot they've put up for the shot we want? I've tried writing, but they take forever to get back and then they only answer your question with a question. Thanks everyone.

I understand that the thumbnail picture for Youtube videos is the exact mid-point of the clip. So if a video lasts for 60 seconds then the thumbnail will be the image that occurs at precisely 30 seconds.
