As an ex Civil Engineer I can assure you that there is not room available on AB to answer your question (such as it is!). Go to the library and get out a book on Structural Engineering or Concrete Testing and Mechanics (for 2 & 3)and a book on Soil Mechanics for 1 & 2. BTW, correct spelling would help...its California bearing test.
