Little Rhianna badly burnt in Taunton, somerset

I have some very bad news little Rhianna the baby in Taunton, Somerset has sadly died of her injuries. The poor little mite was badly burn a couple of weeks ago with boiling water that feel on her cot after the bolier in the loft burst.

That's so tragic lilacben. I read about when Rhianna was scalded but saw nothing else. May she R.I P.. It so unfair when you think of all the evil scum walking this earth. My thought's go out to her family.

This story is absolutley terrifying and so very sad. I did wonder how she was getting on. Poor little mite, i hope she is at peace now she has an end to her pain. Bless her.

OMG, i was just saying at lunch how she seemed to have beaten the odds that were stacked up against her. The poor baby, I really cant imagine how her parents must be feeling but at least shes without pain now.

My stomach turned when I thought of the pain that she must have been in when it happened.And her poor father trying to grab her from the cot was scalded as well.Do you know it was their very first night in that home when it happened.

God I feel physically ill. I can't imagine how terrible this must be for her poor family and the pain the poor wee mite must have endured. Life is so unfair.

Pinkfizz it was there second night in the house.I live just outside Taunton so all the local news came to us first. My daughter knows her grandmother. They took Rhianne to Bristol hospital where they could treat her for the injuries. But just thinking about them going back home how hard is that going to be for them.It really makes our troubles seem so trival to that doesn't it.? I live in Taunton too and know her parents to say hello to. I was at work today when the news came in, and people as they heard it genuinely had tears in their eyes. I know that they will have lots of support throughout this.

The council dont appear to have said much on the subject but I do hope they dont expect the family to go back to that house and that someone starts answering thequestions that are being asked.

its so sad, the poor little thing, like you say at least she is out of pain.

Oh I am so sad to hear this. In the early hours of this morning I was reading the local teletext news and it said that she was doing well and had stunned doctors with her fighting spirit. She is now released from any more terrible pain and disfiguring injuries and my thoughts go out to her whole family.
