Contact order
I have a contact order to see my daughter, which I have been to court for 4 times to assure contact, over a period of 8 years. Her mother is now begining to disrupt this order and does not seem too concerned of the affects this is having on my daughter. I consider myself very lucky that my daughter trusts me and feels secure enough at her second home, to relay all her fears and troubles to us on a regular basis.
My concerns are, that what can I do other than return to court to enforce the contact order, or to re-establish contact, as it seems increasingly likely that her mother intends to move and prevent contact.
My daughter and I have spoken at length as to what she wants. She merely wants to see both parents to ensure her contact but unfortunately, seems scared to put these points across to her Mum. Sensible responses only please.

You dont say how old youre daughter is, but if she is over 11 yo, she may be able to speak out to the judge herself and explain her wishes and concerns. If not, consider asing for a CAFCASS report to be made. None of this is nice for you all, but if that helps youre child to speak out in some way, it may be beneficial in the long run.
Good luck
