i have 2 x loan certificates for telefonica and would like to cash them in.can anyone advise on how to do this and with whom.
these were origanaly o2 shares that i did not sell during the �2.00 a share offer.

Unfortunately you've just missed a deadline, so you will have to wait until next June to cash them in - it looks like your application will have to be in by the end of may.
