campbellking has got it slightly wrong. Sandhurst is a military training place for officers only. Once they have done their training they are sent to various regiments for active engagements. The regiments are usually steeped in tradition and are completely unrelated to the confidence building of Sandhurst as you would expect any training establishment to perform.
