what would the injuries be, if any, if a normal road car, say a ford mondeo, ran over your foot?

You'd probably break your foot. But if you had tough shoes or boots on then perhaps the damage wouldn't be quite so bad.
You'd do a Rooney and miss the world cup!!

Happened to me and luckily I got nothing more than a little bruise. I imagine it's possible that it could easily break bones in your foot though.
It might depend how fast the car was going !
Ford Cortina MK3 rolled over my foot 1985, I was in my teens and to this day still think my evil dad did it deliberately. NO injury at all, wearing trainers at the time but it did roll over my toes more than my foot proper.

If the car is going fast, you can hardly feel it. We use to do this at the side of a busy road in our school days (not recommended though)

my mum ran over my foot just after dropping me off for sports day and we still won the 4 X 400m relay
