Bonnet pins is what they are- you have pins on the slam panel which poke through holes in the bonet. When the bonnet is shut you put wired on clips through holes in the pins.

Generally used on the bonnet on street cars for a racing look, and for real on the circuit to hold flimsy grp panels in place.

I wonder why my reply was edited. All I said was he must have known the answer to his own question and why criticise someone for having an opinion ! No bad language and def not threatening. You ought to have seen his response to "derekpara" he somehow got past the auto swear alert !!

I havent read any posts here for a while.... but this one drew my attention when I saw the question in txtspk : the replies which didnt actually reply to the question itself gave me a great big smile, thanks guys keep it up!
