Real Player files

Hi all, Can someone tell me how to delete movie clips from Real Player. They appear under the file menu and I cannot see how you delete them?

cant access it here at the moment, but is there anything under the "Options" tab to delete recently viewed files (or clear history )?

Thanks for reply, did clear 'History' tab on IE but they were still there under the file menu??
