What is the best way to store or preserve Christmas cake? Can I freeze them whole or in parts? Or can I just wrap them in tin foil and keep in airtight box?
Any tips greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Will try that. Does it matter if it has already been opened though?
We make our cakes in September and keep them tightly wrapped in foil. Sometimes we make a spare & keep it the same way until the following Christmas. If it's well made it will keep if wrapped tightly.
