hi folks,
i want to buy an item from usa,and the seller prefers this payment method `international money order`,the question is `where can i get the international money order from?please help as im desperate for this item,thanx

You can arrange for a transfer with your bank straight into the sellers account. This will cost around �25 and the seller may well have to pay a charge the other end.

Other methods are paypal and auctionchex but they will all carry a form of charge which may well make your purchase less of a bargain.

There is no such thing as an international money order in the UK. They were discontinued years ago.

You can get a foreign currency cheque from any bank (for a hefty fee) or for small sums buy $$ and send them in the mail, possibly International Recorded for safety

If an International seller won't accept pypal I alway send cash registered mail (International signed for) this costs far less than a money order or bank transfer ~ it's about �4.00 I think..it's been a while since I have had to use this method.

Never had a problem with it as yet!
